Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@topwealthbuildersllc.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed with formal legal action as described above.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Fair Housing Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Top Wealth Builders LLC regarding the use of the Site and services, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
